How we write our articles
This page explains how the articles on OEWER Tools are made, so you can decide how far to trust them.
What we publish
Plain-language explainers: how things work, what they cost, where technology is heading, and the history behind vehicles and the companies that built them. We write for people who want a clear answer without the marketing.
How an article is made
- AI-assisted writing. Articles are drafted with the help of an AI model. We say so openly, and a note appears under each article.
- Researched from named sources. Each article lists the pages its facts came from at the end. We look for official and primary sources first, such as a company's own pricing page, a manufacturer, a standards body, a museum or an archive.
- Checked by a program. Before an article goes live it must pass automatic checks: enough substance, at least two sources from different websites, no filler phrases, no invented first-hand claims, and no repeat of an article we already have.
- Dated. Each article says the day its facts were checked. Prices, plans, dates and specifications change, so always confirm important details on the official page.
What we do not do
- We do not claim to have tested, driven, flown or owned anything we have not.
- We do not accept payment for articles or for what they say, and we do not copy other sites' text.
- We do not give financial, legal, medical or safety advice. Articles are for general information.
- Company and product names belong to their owners. Mentioning them is not an endorsement, and they have not reviewed or approved what we write.
Pictures
Article pictures are abstract artwork we generate, not photographs of the things described, unless an article says otherwise.
Mistakes and corrections
We make mistakes. If you spot one, email oewersolutions@gmail.com with the article's address and what is wrong. We check the sources, correct the article and change its "checked on" date. If an article cannot be fixed, we remove it.
